Students from the Foundations of Landscape Architecture studio presented bold new visions for the National Western Center in Denver. Guided by Assistant Teaching Professor Sara Tabatabaie and adjunct instructors Heather Woolverton and Aaron Woolverton, nine student groups explored how to transform this iconic site into a year-round hub of culture, ecology, and community life.ÌýÌý

Their proposals tackled challenges across five themes: dynamic plaza design for public events, revitalized parks for recreation and wellness, green corridors that connect neighborhoods, restored riparian zones along the South Platte River, and cultural integration strategies to honor the area’s rich heritage. The final exhibit drew praise from reviewers for its creativity, environmental sensitivity, and commitment to inclusivity. Students showcased how landscape architecture can be a powerful tool in shaping equitable and sustainable urban futures, starting right here in bet365 malaysia.
